Bachelor of Architecture with Honors in 1979
from The University of Texas at Austin. Registered
Architect with active licenses in Texas, California,
North Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana and Puerto Rico,
inactive license in Oklahoma.
Steve is National Council of Architectural Registration
Board (NCARB) certified and a member of The American Institute
of Architects. Steve is also a Texas Registered Real Estate
Broker.

Graduated from the School
of Architecture at The University of Houston in 1964.
Richard has designed projects in seventeen states and
the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. In addition to the commercial
practice of architecture, Richard has made a name for
himself in the high-end Custom Home Design and Remodeling.
